DHL stays for his service quality worldwide, delays or package loss are extremely rare.
Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
So if ever DHL lose a package and you do not receive your items, please contact us at email@example.com and we will ship you a second time your order or offer full refund.

Europe: 1-3 working days – Outside Europe: 2-5 working days
We can not change the destination or cancel the order once the package has been sent.
Your purchase will be in a box. This box is then bubble wrapped and descretely packed in an envelope to help prevent damage and theft.
