Academic Emergency Medicine (AEM), is the official flagship journal of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM).Each month AEM features the best in peer-reviewed, cutting-edge original research relevant to the practice and investigation of emergency care and with the potential to elevate the human condition during times of emergency. Internal and Emergency Medicine is divided into three sections, i.e., Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Clinical Evidence and Health Technology Assessment, with separate Editorial Boards. I receive and regularly review many sources of information, and this publication is second to none.
EMA is the only peer-reviewed journal in the specialty of emergency medicine (EM) in Australasia, featuring original contributions, review articles and news in EM. It is directed towards physicians and medical personnel undergoing training or working within the field of Emergency Medicine. From the beginning of 2019, the journal is published as "Archives of Academic Emergency Medicine (AAEM)". We publish articles which are relevant to those working in both hospital and pre-hospital environments.
